Processing Times

• Pre-Made Items: Please allow 1–3 weeks for processing and shipping.

• Pre-Order Items: Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping, as these pieces are made to order.

Processing times begin once your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are in addition to processing times and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are ready. If you’d like items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Delays

Please note that unexpected delays (such as supply chain issues, holidays, or carrier delays) may occur. We will always communicate any significant changes to your estimated delivery time.

Address & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For any concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
